Mobile MoveU

Could your student group use some fun physical activity? We can provide certified instructors from our partners at Hart House and Sport & Rec to run one of the activities listed below. To get a Mobile MoveU for your student group, fill out our request form!

If you’re looking for an activity that is not listed below, please fill out the request form and choose “other” to provide some details and let us know what you would like to have! We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that Mobile MoveUs require a minimum of eight (8) participants. Groups smaller than eight (8) may request a Mobile MoveU, but may be required to cover the cost of the instructor.

MoveU offers each student group four (4) free Mobile MoveU’s per year!*


Hart House

An active partner in MoveU, providing instructors for exercise breaks, workshops, as well as classes to our UTSG residences, student and Faculty groups, in Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Fitness Conditioning.  Our instructors provide classes suitable for everyone, from beginners and up!

Together with MoveU, we are here to help you perform for LIFE! Our coaches are committed to guiding you to identify and reach your fitness goals. Whether you catch a workout with us in your residence, a classroom break, or post-study sweat, our team will catapult you towards your goals and make sure you have a blast on the way.
